The rebels are a group of Des residents that are actively trying to change the class distinction between Des and Top.

They are a group of both Des-born residents and rejected Topians with a yearning for revenge. Their current plan is to dismantle The Dome, and through this eliminate the rift between the two communities.

The rebels are under the leadership of a man known as The General, an ex-Topian who was expelled from the city when he contracted Aerosis as a young adult. He is a cold, conceited man who mostly only communicates with the higher-ranking rebels.

The rebels’ leading IT and engineering specialists are Jake and Lexa. The duo recruited and trained Eve for her mission. In addition to his IT skills, Jake is a good strategist and held in high regard by The General. Parts of The Plan are his invention.
